This game is a SERVER and CLIENT game. You must WAIT until you are in the game and playing an actual LIVE session and the SERVER is running. The server is called

JuggernautServer.exe

Player Nation options in editor may revert back to lower numbers at certain cycles.

Number of Units:
To use this, click your forces, then select a battle unit type (like a tank), then click to SPLIT the force. Once the force is split, you can then edit the amount of the units to give you more or less of them.
