Press TAB in game top open MENU to see values.

Player XP:
This value only shows when you are out of the Castle and can RIDE your Montsie. It generally is the same value as Party XP but may be different in different situations.

Allies XP:
Press TAB to open MENU then click CHANGE BATTLE ALLIES then click one of the allies to the LEFT to see the value. The value shown in game is a combination of this value for this character plus other factors.

Montie XP:
Press TAB to open MENU then click MONTSIE DETAILS then click one of the MONTSIE to the LEFT to see the value. The value shown in game is a combination of this value for this character plus other factors.

Party XP:
Press TAB to open MENU then click CHANGE EQUIPMENT to see the party XP, which affects generally ALL characters and Montsie, as well as the Player.

HP:
Note for Player Stats that the game resets this with hard coded values that are set by the developers based on your game level, which currently is also capped at 10. You can edit these, and they may hold until you level up or until you save and load or some other occurence.
